The First SFSA Member’s Zoom Session, With Guest Sir Keir Starmer

Date: 21st October 2020

The SFSA are excited to announce our monthly fan Zoom meeting, which will give us an opportunity to speak to fans directly and interact with our members on a more personal basis.

The current leader of the Labour Party, Sir Keir Starmer, has approached us with the intention to speak to Scottish football fans and we identified this as a great opportunity to launch the monthly project with guests that many fans would wish to speak to and ask questions.

Although Scottish sport is a devolved matter and therefore a Scottish government issue, we would be foolish to pass on the opportunity to use the platform to host our first event and give ordinary fans a chance to ask questions to a senior political figure, and more importantly get a response. something that we would like to see more of.

The event will kick off a long running campaign to regularly speak to everyday fans, so we can better represent our members moving forward.

We are looking forward to the first of many meetings to come and we hope you are too!

We will keep you updated for the next meeting in November with dates and guests.

If you have any questions about upcoming Zoom meetings, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Murray@scottishfsa.org and if you haven’t yet joined the us, you can do so here:

Join over 70,000 Scottish football fans and let’s #reclaimthegame
