On Friday evening this week the Scottish Government released the details of how it was going to consult on a range of issues ranging from fan ownership through to better fan engagement at our football clubs.

We have been involved in this process (even before our organisation was set up) and will ensure that ALL our members have the chance to have their say on these issues. We will be contacting all our members in the coming weeks and asking you to get involved with fans that you know. We believe that this COULD offer us as fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to see real change in our game.

In the meantime we can confirm that our Hon President Henry McLeish and members of our Board will be meeting the Jamie Hepburn the Minister for Sport, Health Improvement and Mental Health on Tuesday 29th at Holyrood to discuss this consultation. We will inform members of the outcomes from that meeting and how we can play a part in the future development of the consultation.
