And the text in case you want to use any of it….
Nutmeg is hosting its first event in Glasgow at the home of Partick Thistle.
We aim to present the same eclectic mix live, that readers have become accustomed to with the quarterly print publication. Expect authoritative, witty conversation and maybe even the occasional poem.
It will be hosted by Daniel Gray the author of Saturday 3pm: 50 Eternal lights of Modern Football and a regular contributor to the magazine.
1. Discussion with Kenny Millar (The Sun) and Scott Allison (Partick Thistle) about youth development and the problem we have producing world class players. Kenny has written about Andrew Robertson for Issue 5.
2. Peter Ross on learning to love football on the back of his new anthology “The Passion Of Harry Bingo”. The article of the same name appeared in Issue 3.
3. Hugh MacDonald, Tom English and Ian McCall talk football
Also appearing are poets-in-residence Jim Mackintosh (St Johnstone), Stephen Watt(Dumbarton) and Thomas Clark (Selkirk).
There will be a cash bar open during the event.
