When the SFSA were lucky enough to speak to Walter Smith several years ago as part of the Fan Led Review of the Game his major concern for the future of the game was our failure to manage the talent in our game. This is an issue that just does not go away and as this recent article in the Daily Record shows it remains a concern. The cooperation agreements might help but it just feels as if more needs to happen.
