Jimmy Bone

Today we lost a huge part of our DNA with out Ambassador Jimmy Bone passed away.

There will countless stories from across Scottish Football about how great Jimmy was and how humble he was about his magnificent achievements in the game.

For our organisation he gave his time, knowledge and experience none more so in his contributions to the Fan Led Review of the Game https://scottishfsa.org/the-review-of-the-game/ where his input is there for all to see. In particular for the development of young players and for better coach education.

Over the years he helped us with numerous campaigns from our assistance to take Partick Thistle FC into community ownership to our ongoing relationship with Play Soccer Malawi where he coached boys and girls as well as help build relationships that have stood the test of time.

He may be gone but will never be forgotten by this organisation as well as everyone who were lucky enough to meet him RIP Jimmy
