The Stirling Football Hall of Fame was the brainchild of Stirling Football Legend Jimmy Bone and Scottish Football Supporters Association Co-Founder Paul Goodwin. Together they devised a plan and on 28th August 2026 the Hall of Fame concept was officially launched to the public.
The Hall of Fame has been built to honour Stirling’s football greats, shedding light on an important part of our heritage that many locals and visitors alike are not aware of.
A website has been launched to celebrate Stirling’s football legends, which will grow over time as the project develops further.
Next steps
Currently under development is a plan for large commemorative panels at Forthbank Stadium along with a self-guided walking tour of Stirling, taking in points of football significance around the city.
