Our feel-good campaign with Bauer Media: #MoreThanJustAGame, has been a huge success. It has highlighted the amazing work that fans and their clubs have acheived to support the local communities and those most in need throughout this pandemic. Fans have raised over £1 million for clubs through donations and helped keep their teams alive, which is an incredible achievement.
It has been an amazing last few days, seeing the brilliant effort from supporters of all ages doing what they can to make a difference. From car washes to food parcels, fans from across the nation have shared their stories with the Bauer Media network, bringing some positivity to Scottish Football which has been chaotic over the last few months.
Our Chairman Andrew Smith spoke with Senior Bauer Media correspondent Mick Coyle kicking off the campaign.
And today at the end of a fantastic week, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has congratulated Scottish fans for their dedication to their clubs and local communities – supporting those who need it most.
🔉A message from @NicolaSturgeon recognising the amazing work by fans and the #MoreThanJustAGame Campaign.
